1. Spicy food only twice a week and only Wednesday or Saturday or both..
2. Meal (flour) only at breakfast and not for dinner, and maximum 4 at day the weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (4 days at week).
3. Include "Sunday's Fast Diet" this day no breakfast, only lunch and only drink for dinner.
