I pray daily---that's a necessity when I start my day. But yoga keeps me centered, helps me breathe deeply and just loosens up my muscles. I've managed to practice yoga 5 times a week so far: I've incorporated it into my morning routine as I get ready for work.

The challenge is doing it over the weekend, or when I'm NOT working (e.g., like right now, while I'm on stay-cation). I sleep-in, feel really lazy, am thrown off my normal morning routine, etc. So let's see what I can do about that.

Ideas: yoga evening practice before I go to bed as an alternative.
