No alcohol. Act as though I’m pregnant.
Food, this needs to be an experiment or else I won’t do it. What will happen if I eat clean for 100 days? (No refined sugar, choose unprocessed grains, 5 fruits/veggies per day, if I make an exception for a social gathering, get RIGHT back on track like I did for Diana’s baby shower). Let’s avoid pot for at least the first 30 days too.
