Huge congrats on sticking with meditation so consistently during this month, Bobbie! It's great to hear that you've been able to turn to mediation during times of stress. I can imagine how a meditation practice might be helpful during the ups and downs of a school year. In addition to sticking with your THING for an entire month, I hope you were able to learn some habit-building strategies that you can use in the future. Thank you so much for participating in the challenge!

I was super stressed out today about stuff happening this week but when I meditated tonight, I felt better!

I did yoga this morning and there was a meditation session thing in the middle of it which was super nice and relaxing!
