Lose at least three centimeters off my waistline within six months. I am currently at 103 cm, and I'm going to see a nine in front on the tape measure by the first of July.

| Fell off the Intervallfasten wagon after February success: still at 102 cm and weight holding steady. Will return to strict Intervallfasten and cut out booze completely until I reach my goal. Maintained my steady exercise and added a few CCs; will step up the CCs in April. I have to accept the fact that I can't "outrun" a poor diet and need to adopt sustainable changes for the long haul. (On a positive note: I cut out store-bought salty snacks and don't really miss them -- when the current stock of popcorn is done, it will go too.) | |

| Went from 104 cm on February 1 to 102 cm on March 1 with Intervallfasten and a daily 3 km walk. Much of this weight loss may have been abrupt due to cutting out alcohol -- let's see how it continues in March. | |
