Been doing the visualizations every night to fall asleep :D am going to bring in the morning/ mid day visualizations next week. I think those will have the best impacts.

I realized I really needed to support my body as I ask it to make big changes. Our bodies have survival mechanisms that kick in when we start to lose weight to make sure we survive (which is why we gain more after diets and why diets generally are so bad for us). When we diet traditionally, we are going against our bodies and forcing them to do things they aren’t expecting. So by adding the commitment to do visualizations and provide it with vitamins and sleep, I’m helping my self make holistic changes in a healthy way :)
