Clean one ear a week, alternating left and right. I get wax buildup so I will clean with hydrogen peroxide and water mixture. Ears are important y'all!!

Final Thoughts: I know it's another kind of silly goal, but it's something I should be doing but never did prior to this challenge until I had an issue. I feel like it has been helping and clearing out a bunch of wax and I seemingly have less issues than I did before the challenge. Definitely going to keep this going now that it's become a weekly thing. |
