I’ve been working out everyday for a week now as I have new gym that I love! I havent really been watching on what I eat so I’m pretty excited to see more result once i start incorporating one salad per day rule again!

Goal! 5 months isnt so bad ✌🏻thats end of May only :) i’ll commit to eating a lot of protein and do a lot of cardio as well as HIIT and effective workouts once i step in the gym. Self workout > classes. I’d do classes if I have the capacity. Also, my money is going to be spent for gym instead of coffees and other stuffs. My food would be either 9 dollars salad near my workplace or once a month grocery that has all the cauli rice, frozen chicken breast and oat mylk (60 dollars per month)
