| Yesterday I had my appointment. As I expected, I have been diagnosed with combined ADHD, with Attention Deficit being the stronger part vs hyperactivity. Now will start some treatment. I have decided to explore medication options that I can use when I need that extra focus. Also I will be having some ADHD coaching for a while. The coach will help me specifically with day to day strategies. It is good to know and now be able to explore treatment options. | |
