| Day 1 I spilled my fucking heart out on the page. During the first month I did a "half ass" journal and just reflected on a note file about my timer beats & what to improve. Now it's time to write it all out by hand & do it when I wake up instead of before bed. Phase 2 of remix your life is off to a great start. Can't wait to share my video next month! | |
