will satrt a more structured bone broth fast a the beginning of april and that will slide into a water fast with tea and lemon and whatnot I will see how i feel, but this is for healing my body, so ill be resting alot and Im expecting to be in bed most of april and letting my body, and then may also will be part of that as I come off the fast and slowly introduce broth and some small amounts of food, its also retraining my diet and eating patterns |

ok, so my real fast starts in april-may Ive decided to do 10-10 then repeat 3 times. 10 days broth 10 days water then repeat. I had a dream about this person that had this mega long tin that looked like a didgery doo or a water stick but it was a water canteen and he said it held 4.5 litres of water so i think that will be the amount i drink so that is all my green bottles filled everyday |

i made a broth an chocolate for the next few days before i start the real bone broth fast beginning of april, I am thinking of doing 10 days bone broth, 10 days water, then 10 days bone broth and repeating that the next month aswel that way Im nourishing my body quite a bit, and i also dont want to loose any more hair, so i might see how i feel and go longer if my body feels that good and everything is ok, i know it will take atleast the first three days to get into ketosis, and then starts the autophagy and i need to give my body awhile to heal, they say the real healing begins after 14 days, so i might go that long and then if my body is not super hungry /starving or super weak it might be a really good idea to continue, If i need to drink broth though I will. |
