PHASE TWO:
I commit to weightlifting Monday, Wednesday & Friday each week for the next month. It must happen on those days or I fail the weekly period. “Weightlifting” is defined as 3 exercises with at least 3 rounds each. I will go above and beyond that but that is the core I am committed to. I will not attempt to find loopholes around these basic rules. Joseph Kulda is the final judge of my intention if there’s any gray areas herein.
