Week 6 of 14

RosyB commits to:
Tracking results of 3 weekly fitness & mobility challenges and multiple weight/body composition metrics. For fitness/mobility, these are: Standing (Sat), Walking (Sun), and Biking (Mon). For weight/body comp, these metrics are: Weight (lbs.), Inches, Body Fat % (using the US Navy calculator), BMI. 100 days brings me to June 19, the day before departing for my wedding and honeymoon. :) 100-days is just over 14 weeks -both excellent amounts of time for a multi-pronged challenge. :)

Took yesterday off, so must exercise every other day this week to be successful. Let's rock this!!

Yesterday was a day off, and I was back at it today. Did a variation on the baseline program: 3*12 squats, 3*12 abs lean-back, 3*12 standing knee lifts, 3*12 toe lifts. Tried doong some side leg extensions, but that was tough mostly due to foot drop on left. So did a few seated thigh exos: with hands on outside of thighs, phsh in while thighs push out, then the reverse. Did a couple short reps (approx 3 sec each) of each. Sort of a consolation for now having a med glute exto tonight. Still, it was a good effort for an eveni g where I came close to throwing the match.

I kicked butt yesterday! I completed my baseline program. Just that, no extras is still an excellent workout. I'm proud of myself! Entered what I did in the spreadsheet.
I started late so finished at 10:30pm. Today, I'll start my exos & stretches within the next 10 minutes, so should be done by 6-6:30pm. Tomorrow, I will endeavour to begin earlier that 6pm, and same for Sunday and then Monday, too. That way, by the time I go back to work on Tuesday, I hope to do at least one portion of the program before work.

Let's do this!!

Oh, and I will begin my baseline exo program today! Since my tracking sheet counts the weeks from Monday to Sunday, and today is Thursday, I will allow myself up to a maximum of 2 days off between now and April 11th, so up to 2 off in 10 days. But that is the exception, after that it is a maximum of 1 off per week. Now, go exercise!!!
