| I did not think i would be able to lose this. It may seem like a tiny amount of weight loss, but for me it was a real challenge. And often when i've tried Stickk in the past i've failed. So i'm very happy and i plan to continue. Maybe the solution for me is to do this with short commitment (from 1 to 3 weeks) instead of the very long commitments (several months) i used to do. In this manner, i stay focused. | |
