| I think the end of the relationship with Abi has actually helped me see the problem clearer. I continuing to question my urges and cravings and the emotional reason as to why im feeling this way. Is it Anxiety? Boredom? What can i do to fill this need instead of use P. Also continue trying to avoid triggers..this is important. No unecessary laptop use. | |

| Teething troubles. Although understanding why your brain leads back to Porn, doesn't completely negate its power. Sitting at home all day in front of screen is not a good idea. Store the laptop at work at weekends and use it there. | |

Just started. Remember this is an emotional issue. Whenever you feel an urge, address the underlying emotion. What is causing you to feel this urge? Are you frustrated, sad, lonely, bored? Check in with Yourbrainrebalanced regularly for support. Spend time with Abi, family and friends etc. Human interaction is vital. You need to replace the dopamine that will be lost with other activities. |
