By the day of April, I commit to have achieved all of the goals listed below.
- 125 dumbbell overhead press with each arm in 10 minutes. - 125 dumbbell bicep curls with each arm in 10 minutes. - 300 bodyweight squats in 20 minutes. I can increase my goals or add new ones. This commitment is cancelled if I am injured.
