Goal Description:
For the next four weeks I will work to be more active. I have joined Orange Theory Fitness and am currently in a power lifting class.

| After having a little bit of a "lazier" week last week, I got back on my game and hit the gym multiple times this week and it felt good to accomplish my goals again this week! | |

| Although the majority of the other weeks I was able to meet my goal rather easily, this week was challenging due to my work and school schedule but none the less I pushed myself and reached my goal. | |

| I met my goal to be more active again this week! Although my work schedule was very busy and hitting the gym was the last thing I wanted to do a few nights, I pushed myself to get there and get my workout in and when it was over I was thankful I had done that! | |

| Not only did I meet my goal this week, I went above and beyond. I worked out twice on Monday and Wednesday and once on Tuesday and today. I know that may not seem like anything special but on top of these workouts I have been working at the hospital all week so I feel pretty drained, but the accomplished type of drain! | |
