Try meditation insight timer app its mostly free. Good job on sticking with your goal. Small progress is a progress so its not bad and its a good start. Continue with it. I will check on you.

На протяжении этой недели я делала только утреннюю йогу вместе с ранним подъемом. Не думаю, что это может считаться полноценным спортом, но для начала неплохо. Я ведь совсем не занималась ничем длительное время. Был пропуск сегодня, в субботу. Но в любом случае, я хвалю себя за эти попытки, я молодец. Буду стараться постепенно вводить дневные занятия и расслабляющие вечерние.

During this week, I only did morning yoga along with an early rise. I don't think it can be considered a full-fledged sport, but it's a good start. I haven't done anything at all for a long time. There was a pass today, Saturday. But in any case, I praise myself for these attempts, I'm great. I will try to gradually introduce daytime activities and relaxing evening activities.

I am also trying to be healthy and read books as much as i can. Im also working to be a US registered nurse. I am studying everyday. And ive been consistent. But i was also trying to catch up with my reading. Sometimes i do read 45 mins sometimes just 25. Although i am reading because i am studying its different if im reading a hard bound book. Thank you for your support i hope this helps me attain my goal.
