In the next 7 days, including teaching & tutoring, prep for each, and other "desk work," I will put in at least 50 hours of work. I will begin working within 30 minutes of getting onto the couch in the morning. On 5 of those 7 days I will have put in at least 3.5 hours work by 5 hour after I start working and 7 hours work by 11 hours after I start working.
