My goal is to exercise 5 times a week following this schedule: 1- kettlebell and abs workout (on monday); 2- long flexibily and mobility workout, 30 minutes at least, this is not for fun and it's not like recreational yoga, it's painful and hard so I'll be treating it like a formal workout (on tuesday); 3- another session of kettlebell swings and the same abs workout (on wednesday); 4- a full body circuit with a lighter kettlebell (it's meant to be short, no more than 15 minutes) (on thursday) and 5- a HIIT workout (on saturday).
