| Followed a schedule for the first time in a while, and it produced the best day I’ve had in a while. Thinking I need to do it again. | |

| Had some things I needed to get done, so I committed to getting them done by staying up late. Although it may seem dumb, I think it was important for me to do, and is putting me in a much healthier headspace. | |

| Stopped making journal entries for a bit, but committed to doing it again. Going to test if I have better days if I look over my big goals and compare what I want to get done with those goals. | |
