| Yesterday was extremely tough for me for some reason I pushed through and didn’t smoke at all! I’m so proud of myself! | |

| Today is 5/19 and still going strong... I felt myself craving the vape but pushed through the temptations and successfully had the strength of self discipline. Today is better :) | |

| Slowly starting to not feel the urge to smoke my vape. I notice I crave at certain times of the day like in the morning, moon & at night so I chew gum. | |

I didn’t hit my vape not once yesterday. Yesterday was pretty challenging for me due to high level of stress I was dealing with but managed to stay strong. Yay go me :) |
