I will pursue spiritual health daily by:
1. Reading the daily Bible reading portion (3 chs until caught up) 2. Reviewing 20 old Scripture memory verses 3. Praying for 5 minutes using my prayer cards or equivalent in some way 4. Meditating for 5 minutes I wail also fill out the journal monthly reflection within a five day window and quarterly FFP reflection within a 7 day window.
