| Yes in a way thats how i eat : from 4pm to 8pm two meals in that timespan, then nothing until 4pm next day. So its 20:4 window, its not as hard to bear and not as hard on your stomack as OMAD but its effective. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day, no keto yet but i m going to start avoiding carbs. | |
