Ugh! I gained weight while gone for the week. I exercised everyday and far exceeded my calorie/step goals. Bummer. I was hoping that I would have at least maintained my weight. I guess Donald will get some of my money. |

I’ve used my fitness pal before. It’s harder to track the food than Noom but great for following macros. It’s awesome that you wanna support people. I think having somebody to communicate with about goals makes them easier to achieve. I was in DC for a week and didn’t track my calories or weight the whole time. When I got up this morning and weighed myself , it was very disappointing. But it’s vacation weight. Hopefully it will come off as fast as it came on. Eating really clean today. Lots of veggies and high quality protein and grains. |

I need to track my macros. That is something I can add to my fitness journey. I am in dc for the week with friends so tracking calories is impossible. But I have gotten in my 3 mile run each morning. What is your goal on this app? |
