| Ok, I've added my other commitment, I think I'll go with modifying this so these last 2 weeks are no PMO (especially the PM) at all. That'll be a good way to start off my larger challenge and help change current habits. | |

| I think I'm going to ride out the remaining 2 weeks of this as a complete PMO resistance challenge, rather than a semen retention challenge. I may add on another challenge better suited to commit to my original goal. | |

| Well, I made it to 63 days, which is better than my old record of 34 days. I think for this next one I'll tighten things a bit and try to get to 100 before I turn 30. | |
