| Well, that’s not how you weigh yourself, goofball!!! It needs to be first thing in the morning, post bathroom & naked as a jaybird! You’re most likely not up! That’s a LOT of calories above your TDEE you would have had to eat & we both know you didn’t do that! 🥰 | |

| I’m not sure if I’m at this or not. I’ve been doing emotional eating this week around the Diana stuff. I came up with a strategy of self care process I can do next time this pops up. But, I’m giving myself some grace this week and next week will be on the scale and weighing and sharing whatever the lbs I am. | |
