Sleep: 5am-12pm = 7hrs of sleep! Okay so I noticed I need at least 7-7.5hrs of sleep each night for sufficient sleep :) So I'm not actually a 10hr monster.
1) Also, don't use ur phone already 1hr before u sleep.
2) And get a physical alarm clock. |

Mistakes:
Even when u are in pain, deal with it. The world moves on. And like what pa said, lying on the bed will not stop the pain. Take some panadol and pochai and move on with ur life. |
