| For reasons I have no excuse for, I avoided email for a full day. I had very little new email. Nothing important. It would have taken me 10 minutes. But I didn't do it and I felt stressed for much of the day. It was totally unnecessary to feel this way. I could have taken 10 minutes, but I didn't. Boo. | |
