Made this week “more difficult” by doing two new different videos instead. This time with the instructor talking and I actually felt better right after doing the first video (the night after I woke up with strained shoulder).
I also did WOD at the gym today finally and did snatches like I didn’t stop working out for all of phase 2. |

Yesterday I strained my left shoulder from (I think) 3 strict pull-ups after a 20minute jog. Then over pulled it during stretch/yoga. It didn’t go away when I woke up.
Today I just did leg yoga and a new shoulder yoga video, which made my shoulders and neck feel better. I think I’m gonna switch to this new video now lol. Also start trying other videos as my way to “make it more difficult”. |
