| Did you know in the musical Charlie and the chocolate factory. The kids die in the factory, well Veruca, Violet and Augustus do. Charlie and Mike survive. Veruca gets crushed by the squirrels in the London version, but in the USA version, she gets ripped to shreds by the squirrels, Violet dies whilst turning into a blueberry as her organs and livers go splat on the floor and Augustus Gloop gets turned into pork and eaten. | |

Did you know that German is a lot like the English language. In German, Mein means my, das it gut means That is good, Ja means Yeah, Neine means No, Hallo means Hello, Guten Nachmittag means Good afternoon, Guten Morgen means Good morning, Guten Abend means Good evening and Gute Nacht means Good night. I done my first German lesson yesterday and got 80% |

| The reason why Roald Dahl hated the movie Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory so much is that it wasn't entitled to his book. It wasn't golden geese/golden eggs, it was actually Nuts and Squirrels. Also, there was no Mr Wilkinson. The fizzy lifting drinks scene never existed, they made that up. There were not two garbage chutes, there was just one. Also, the Oompa Loompas were not orange, they were actually small black people and represented pygmies which are small African slaves. In the Gene Wilder version, Mr Wonka is kind to all the kids. But, the Johnny Depp one is only kind to Charlie. Probably, because Charlie wasn't on TV in order for Mr Wonka to know about him. | |
