The dumpster could very well be the place for it. As you know, the most important thing is how you feel and how you are feeling about yourself.

Could the yoga happen in the afternoon? After 3:30?

And regardless how you might feel about the scale, you made it to <185! Which is awesome! And progress tends to come—or not—in bursts, followed by periods of relative equilibrium as homeostasis attempts to reassert its own self-importance :)

How are you with self discipline? I have a bunch of YouTube yoga links I can recommend. I usually do them in the weekend- when I’m home) since I don’t have Levi to walk.

Ok actual number is 184.4. I haven’t weighed in a month and I had some very harsh words for the scale as I was pulling it out this morning. I was telling it all things I have been doing right, all the biscuits I have passed on, all the healthy choices I have been making even though I haven’t made it to yoga. I threatened it with the dumpster.

So the yoga thing has been stressing me. I have to get to work by 730 to leave by 330 with a clear conscience. Despite the fact that my coworker routinely works 930/10 to 430 with smoke breaks and extended lunches and zero consequences. I digress.

There’s a place closer to me that has morning access that I will go check out and see if the schedule works better. I just hate the rushing and stressing. The headaches have still been a huge pain. The weather change hasn’t helped. Hopefully the second round of Botox does.

Either way I can keep doing what I’m doing now, knowing that I’m finally seeing some progress. Last week I felt just like Mel. It had been really frustrating when you feel like your doing the right thing 90% of the time. And don’t want to reduce your life to celery and lettuce and the treadmill 8 times a day. At least she was brave enough to say it ;)

So glad to hear that you’re bag in yoga. And glad you enjoyed the movie. StickK with the yoga and ignite the scale. Go with how you feel. It sounds like you are making great progress.
