| I have lost two months of time and two months of money. I started a new diet again yesterday together with my boyfriend. He only got 5kg to lose, for me it's 25-29 but I can do it. Two weeks to get used to this and then it will be easier, I will be Soo Soo Soo much happier once I can feel good in my body again ... I have been down to 83 before and felt so much better, I can do it again and finish it this time! | |

| I have been on track, I was 96.3kg the last two days so I'm feeling very disappointed. I'm gonna try to not trick myself as much and stick to my plan 100% and take momentum and motivation out of this failure. Easy to say but the only way from here is forward. | |

| It has been day 1 too many times so this is the last time. I've got all the knowledge and tools to get me there. Good diet, regular exercise, good sleep, a lot of water and the goal in mind. It's time to be the person I aspired to be for so long! | |
