No eating or drinking refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup or wheat/fruit/potato/cassava/plantain/oat flour. Whole oats or other whole grains are fine in this. This includes not eating coconut sugar, sugar in the raw, corn syrup, white sugar, palm sugar, etc. It does not include fruits (dried fruit, fruit juice or juice concentrate), maple syrup, calorie free sweeteners, agave, honey, almond flour, coconut flour, protein powders, sugar alcohols, or date puree).
