Starting point on 1 July: 99 cm. The plan: Intervallfasten and no booze at least five days a week, ten Cardio Coaches and a perfect month on the watch. Let my weight fall where it may. Judging from my experience in June, this shouldn't be hard -- I just need to be consistent.
