(loving kindness (Jack Kornfield), middle pillar (Marc Allen, You Tube), other)
-GET IT ON 2-3x/WEEK
-CONNECT 1x/WEEK w friends/family (in person or videochat), or meet new people (knitting group, church, just socializing)

I've created this goal to support myself in being a happy, healthy Julie by establishing nourishing habits to foster a positive state of mind as I enter into the next phase of my life. Newly married, new city, new home, and soon to be new job on the career path of my choosing -all wonderfully positive things! Even so, I find myself anxious at times, anxiety that could be attributed to the ''upper-limit problem''. I will counter this anxiety by being mindful and compassionate towards myself, and working towards fulfilling this commitment. Wish me luck and love, dear ones!
