Exercise: one mile each day+ back exercises+ back yoga+ leg video. Must be done by 10am, and if there is a conflict schedule/rain, by 8pm.
Diet: NOTHING with added sugar (clearly tastes even a little sweet. If your not sure, dont have it). Spinach smoothie for breakfast and anything for dinner, but those are only two times food is eaten. Must be eaten at least 6 hours apart. If we are out of ingredients for spinach smoothie, you can have one bread item. No bread? have nothing
