- Be in bed by 9.30pm ready to sleep Mon-Fri - Wake up at 5am and get up - Exercise for 10mins+ & cold shower - Do sexual kung fu course for 10mins+ - Write out 10 goals - Eat personal frog for 10-60 mins - Eat business frog (4dx project) for 10mins + - Don't do back to sleep after getting up - Can either exercise of meditate first - write out goals needs to be started before 6.30am, aim for 6am or earlier
