This morning when I weighed myself I had gone up one pound since yesterday I I didn’t even eat much I feel really stuck. I hope it just means Im retaining some liquids which happens sometime when I’m about to get my period.

Im really happy with regards to my self control today.
These were my meals:
Breakfast: Coffee with cream(I always use around 1tbs of evaporated milk as my cream) (no sugar)
Lunch: A reasonable portion of Arroz con pollo (a latin dish)
Snack: Orange juice (home mad, no sugar other than the one that the orange already has)
“Dinner”: Yogurt (the liquid type, 1/4 with added sugars 3/4 no. Added sugar, plain)
Generally Im happy about it, lets see what the scale says tomorrow.

Today I only had breakfast and early dinner. And they were proper portions, my major problem is with sweet snacks those I need to completely stop starting from today

Since I didn’t report last week it would appear as I didn’t lose my Target amount of pounds per week. However last week I was at 151.6lb and Im happy with that success
