ksqueaker commits to:
NO SUGAR. Fruit is fine. Prunes and dates are fine. No maple syrup, for now.
NO PROCESSED FOOD. No Morningstar foods. No beyond meat. No crackers, chips, anything unless I make them myself. Only homemade food whenever possible. NO GUM. It has sugar in it and I need to break the craving.
