I didn’t meet the commitment this week :( I wasn’t feeling too well for a few days and was only able to go for 2 days instead of 4. Hope to do better this week |

I completed week 1 successfully. My workouts were a mix of cardio, weights, and stretches. Hoping to incorporate some aerobic walks in this week! Super motivated! |
