Not eating any sweetener of any kind - includes concentrated fruit juice, stevia, monk fruit, sugar alcohols, coconut sugar, dates, date paste, anything that is in the sweetener section and makes food sweeter, honey, agave, anything that is honestly a sweetener.
Not eating any microwave baked sweet potatoe (unless they are first boiled) or banana.
