Today I start baby steps weight loss with a 10 lbs goal.
Intermittent fasting: 7:00 pm - 12:00 pm = 16 hours

Portion control -
Resistant Starch
No fried food
Aim for 96 mls of water daily
At least 30 minutes exercise daily (or 10,000 steps)
