This is the end,this is the end!!
So my success rate is only 21% what can I say now.I can't even give this commitment a good farewell.My last report is also
unsuccessful.
I am such a loser I can't even do nofap it's freaking easy.Also It's been 2 year(yes freakin' two years) since I had a 30 days streak.Really bro I can't believe it's going to be 2 years since I has 30 days streak.Not a single 20 days this year freak.
Anyway there is no point to dwell on the past.
the method which really worked for me is that calculating the random number beforehand before going to bag and mla

Anyway I am going, I am not going to have anymore habit here.

So this is the end of september month and not a single clean month.WOw that's really good uh?.Also there is no point of coming back for last report because I just relapsed.So you know the result.
Anyway I feel like there is lot of list here and there and I need to get rid of them all.
NO I feel like this list is good.See the problem here is peeking if u don't peek these methods really work, but If u peek these methods doesn't work.
See I peeked today and I relapsed,second thing after I relapsed I still watched porn but then I did a mini wim hoff I feel like that's really long wim hoff so instead of 30 breathes I will stick with set of 10 breathes.
see the problem arise is when u don't do the cf bag mla and straight away go the porn,see it takes only a min to do it,just don't think about anything and whenever you feel like urge is coming just do it as soon as possible.You really need to do better in meditation otherwise this ain't going to work just focus on your breathe and count 1 2 3 as you inhale and count 3 2 1 as you exhale.and count 1 2 3 .... 10 and then backward while holding your breath in wim hoff breathing exercise.
so that is it, you have fib-2d for productivity
and cf bag mla, yeah try to add y to dr bry muwu.
so yeah I add new things while meditation count 123 and then 321 and while holding breath count up to 10.
and when doing mini wim hoff breath 10 two times.Now I won't relapse.Oct is starting, one of my favourite month is going to start.

I don't know what the fuck I am doing with my life.I couldn't even go for 7 days streak now.I relapsed 2 times just now.I don't know man What the heck is going with me.
I know that If I leave this shit I would be able to achieve all my goals in just 1 or 2 years but
still I don't do it.I have everything setup I know exactly what to do when to do and how to do but still this addiction is winning over me.
I think I would add one more thing to BAG MLA.BAG hardly take a min but still I don't do it.I guess you should not even think about the lustful thoughts.
You need to kill the curiosity as soon as it arise just without anything thought do BAG it hardly take a min just do it and ignore your curiosity.
see bruh curiosity is not allowed to be acted upon just ignore it when lustful thought or curiosity arise just ignore it and take a deep breath and redirect your attention elsewhere, that's what BAG is for.Ignore your curiosity,If a nsfw post come up just ignore it don't click on it.

So another week failed.I relapsed yesterday.I don't know what should I say.All I can say is take 10 deep breathes when urges come and then read a article from ybop and then get back to work if urges still coming just do the mini wim hoff breathing exercise or you can do the mini wim hoff in the starting to eliminate the urges completely.Yeah it's easy the thing is here is that you haven't fully completed the mini wim hoff till now and I believe if u do this followed by reading articles from ybop and getting back to your work will definitely solve the problem.
yeah when lustful thought come to your mind just take deep breath redirect your attention elsewhere,when temptation to look up something just take 10 deep breath and focus on your breathe and redirect your attention elsewhere and if u want read an article from ybop.If urges still bothering you just do mini wim hoff and then revise the dr muwu list.
