Sadly, I did not accomplish my goal yesterday. I did 1 stretching session, which felt really good, but then delayed exercising so lo g that I was too tired at 9pm to do anything but go to bed. Today is a new day, anither opportunity for success.

I realize I didn't make explicit the rational behind my commitment and weekly goals: my strategy to favour consistency and adherence to the plan is to use turtle steps, and to aim for forward movement and progress without pushing. I want everything to be fundamentally based is self-love, working with my body knowing that I want to be well, energetic and mobile. I will aim to reduce frustration and treating my body like an obstinate child that I must discipline, but more like a scared and hurt child whom with love, patience and gentleness can be coaxed into flourishing.

Started yesterday with 1 stretching session and 1 set of 10 glute bridges, 12 knee raises, 12 toe raises, 3 x 5 sec. squat. This week, my aim is to start in on establishing a new habit, and will aim to finish off the week (say, on Fri and Sat) with full sets of the first 3 exos (12 for bridge, 16 for knee and toe raises), and 5 reps of the squat.
