Yesss! Finally a successful day out of a lot of unsuccessful ones! I was tempted this evening, we were at a dinner and the cinnamon roll looked tempting for a minute, but then I just decided “nope, I don’t even want that” and the craving went away! |

I think I might need to change my goal a bit and allow a “cheat meal/treat” or whatever once a week. I decided I will let myself have a cookie or some kind of little treat on Saturdays. Then I won’t feel so deprived. I haven’t done well with this, I think it’s the mindset of being too restrictive, then it kinda just messes with my head and I over analyze it. But anyway, I think a little “cheat treat” once a week will help my mindset a lot. I used to only eat sweets once a week and it was totally doable for me. I need to go for doable right now. |
