No NMF as defined by BLE, no non caloric sweetener, no caffeine or stimulants, no mostly microwave baked sweet potatoes or butternut squash, no grains, no flour at all, no bananas, no one meal or plate type rules, no unnecessary substitution of food, no caloric consumption that isn’t part of the most basic BLE way of eating. No eating before I committed my food for the day.
Any unintended mess up = right back on track.
