I commit to continuing employment at FIS through Mar 1, 2022.
If I voluntarily leave before then, I must pay $9,999. Involuntary job loss by layoff or cause: no payment required UNLESS it is due to deliberate, acute self-sabotage. Full payment required in latter case. In Nov or Dec, I will take a 2-day vacation to evaluate, and decide whether to continue with FIS. By Jan 2, I will decide whether to stay or go within the next 6 months.
