RosyB commits to:
Stretching 3x daily (morning, at lunch, before bed). Doing STs most days of the week. Can take a max 3 rest days (RDs) per week, but NEVER back to back. Only 1 day of rest can separate 2 ST sessions, ever. If tired, can reduce # of reps, but respect # of sets (2). Exercises are: glute bridges, squats, supine single leg lifts, toes raises or FD series, knee lifts. Aim to include regular mobility drills for standing, walking, and biking. Forgot to mention that I did my stretches this morning as part of my ST exos, i.e. cat-cow, supine single leg knee-to-chest, cross-legged forward bend, quad stretch on mat, ham and calf stretch on mat.

At lunch, rolled out left quad and calf, then got down on mat to do cat-cow, supine knee-to-chest single leg (SL KTC), followed by quad and calf/ham stretch. Just need to do stretches once more before bed.

On another note, placed cushion behind back on office chair to avoid back ache, which will increase comfort and productivity. I should note that the cat/cow, single leg (SL) KTC stretch are being done in part to relieve tension that leads to lower-back aches.

STs left to do today are: squats, knee raises and toe lifts or FD series.

Add STs to spreadsheet so I can see at a glance what I've done and what is left to do, as well as see patterns over time and their impact on mobility.

yay! trying out a new approach to circumvent my resistance to getting going on exos: i put my exo mat in the bedroom last night and did stretches and some sts first thing. it worked! did 2 sets of 12 bridges, preceded by pelvic tilts. think about visualizing good form and strength before executing tomorrow morning. for supine leg lifts, did 2x 8 on right. it"s not easy, but good. 2x 10 on left, as could,nt lift as high. have 3 exos left to do for the day.
