I was hungry before 10am, but I managed to wait until past the time. I prepped my food and went off to read, then forgot about the hunger and went to finish the food prep only at 10:30am. Started eating around then.
What I ate:
1 portion of n'oatmeal (flax, chia, coconut shreds) plus 1/8 c of choco protein powder (equals 8g of protein), with water and unsweet vanilla almond milk and 1 tbsp of chopped pecans with roasted sunflower seeds, and 5-6 blackberries. |

On my 2nd cup of coffee w 1 tbsp coconut oil. Feeling hungry, but will put off eating until 10 am. This is with the goal of reducing the length of my eating window, with the aim of getting my body habituated to 16/8 IF by Christmas (i.e. 12-8pm, or 10-6pm). (I will give myself a break for a few days around Christmas.) Pretty sure I didn't eat past 8 last night, but in case I did, I will try not to this eve and beyond. This means, yesterday, I did something like 14/10 IF.
Today, I will likely eat beyond 6pm, but will aim not to beyond 8pm, maybe even 7pm. |

Had a 2nd, smaller portion of cauli rice with meatballs and tomato/cheese sauce, as was hungry. Had a large glass of water. For dinner, had a chopped pre-made salad with seeds and dried cranberries and poppyseed dressing w pre-cooked chicken. Was hungry afterwards, so had some 5% yogurt w 70% choco chunks, 5 or 6 organic blackberries and a small handful of roasted almonds. |
